Short-term mental health interventions

Smart Clinic offer a range of short-term interventions listed below:

Online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Online cognitive behavioural therapy (cCBT) is a computerised cognitive behavioural therapy course recommended by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) for the treatment of mild to moderate anxiety, stress, and depression.  Online CBT is especially effective for gaining useful coping skills to address negative and unhelpful thinking patterns which often contribute to low self-confidence and low levels of self-esteem.  As an alternative to counselling sessions, Smart Clinic offer 8 sessions of online CBT, delivered through 35 short modules, via their NICE recommended Beating the Blues course.
