At the Smart Clinic we offer packages which provide access to our services for your entire organisation. This includes both ‘management referrals’ and ‘staff self-referrals’.

Some of these services are unlimited and some have a quota – please see your service-level agreement for more information.

However we operate fair usage policies which ensure that the service is being used reasonably, and monitors for any suspicious activities or activity patterns. This may include excessively high usage compared against the average client, repeat usage for a single product, or clinical concerns.

Such activity will raise a case for investigation with our technical team. Where this investigation has found that usage has been unreasonable, Smart Clinic reserve the right to terminate the agreement early, or limit future usage.

This policy helps to keep all of your staff safe and keeps the service affordable enough for every organisation to be able to use it.
