In my world, even with Service Level Agreements in place, many requests often receive a ‘no’ from providers. Very often, in my experience, education is not treated as a commercial client by service providers. Since moving to Smart Clinic everything seems to be a ‘yes’, which almost leaves me emotional as I am so used to everything being a battle.
